Caroline is a passionate foodie and dietitian who runs wholefood cooking classes in Sydney. She loves to empower people with the knowledge of how to achieve and protect good health.
Caroline is an accredited practising dietitian who ran a successful cafe and catering business for almost 14 years in Melbourne. She now lives in Sydney and runs Wholefood Organic Cooking Classes from her home in St Peters (just around the corner from Honest to Goodness HQ) and also works in private practice.
She is passionate about getting people back into the kitchen to cook from scratch and shows how to do this quickly and easily in her classes. She is big on seasonal cooking, shopping locally, reducing our environmental impact and eating a more plant based intake (all cooking classes include how to cook with beans, lentils and/or chickpeas, etc.).
