1 cup Spoon Health White Royal Quinoa, cooked
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk/coconut milk
1/4 cup natural Greek yogurt, unsweetened
1 tablespoon Spoon Health Chia Seed
1 teaspoon raw honey

- Cooked quinoa can last for the whole week in the refrigerator. Save time on cooking quinoa by cooking a little bit more each time and store leftover quinoa in the fridge to last a few more meals.
- Mix all the ingredients above together in a glass jar/bowl. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, remove from the fridge, top off with your favorite fruit and nuts. Enjoy!
