Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
How can I make payment?

You may purchase the product by placing order and proceed to check out for the delivery fees charges. We can only accept payment through payment gateway in Malaysia Ringgit (RM) only. 

Do note that we do not provide bank transfer and cash on delivery.

I received error package/ damaged. What should I do?

No worries! We got you covered.  We are always able to provide remedial action upon received within 30 days. You may contact us for the return/ refund.

 

Our team will review your claim within 1-3 working days and review further instruction.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock sold out products. However there are certain product that are unable to restock. (e.g when product is seasonal or limited)

But you may stay updated about the restocked by login to your account, click on "Remind me" button out of the stock item. You will be notified via email once the item is back in stock. 

Where can I get more information about the products? (i.e description, nutrition, country of origin, etc..)

Is Spoon Health Halal certified?

We are pleased to inform you that we are Halal certified for all of our products. 

p/s: All of our products are pork free and alcohol free. We are also HACCP certified.
